Smile Savings Plan

$299 per year

The Individual Savings Plan includes X-rays, Two dental cleanings (in absence of gum disease,) plus 15% off all other dental services.
$299 - per Adult 14 yrs+ / $249 - per child 2 to 13

Smile Savings+ Plan

$399 per year

This plan is for when gum disease is present. Includes X-rays and three gum maintenance appointments every 3 months.
$399 per person / Deep cleaning an additional $300 per quadrant of the mouth.



Program Guidelines

  • The Morton Family Dental of Berwyn Smile Savings Plan gives our patients 15% off dental services for 12 consecutive months starting the day the plan is purchased.
  • Payment is due in full on the day of service.
  • This savings plan cannot be used in conjuction with another dental plan.
  • This savings plan cannot be used in conjuction with any office promotions.
  • Non-refundable
  • Excludes dental products (toothbrushes, toothpaste, whitening gel, etc...)
